Case1: Young male child with waddling gate and joint pain No history of treatment for Rickets or other metabolic disorders , blood biochemistry normal except for marginal elevation of serum Alkaline phosphatase. Case2: Child on investigation for Metabolic diseases, no history of previous treatment.
